Itai Ben Meir
Born in Jerusalem and raised in Netanya, Chef Itai Ben Meir has been passionate about food for as long as he can remember. Cooking isn’t just his profession—it’s his way of life. He honed his skills in the kitchens of renowned chefs like Eyal Shani, Assaf Granit, and Uri Scheft, mastering both savory cuisine and pastry arts, with a special love for dough and baking.
Chef Itai’s approach is all about upscale food made with the freshest ingredients, but his Israeli style is direct, passionate, and authentic. He doesn’t complicate things—his food speaks for itself. Every dish is crafted with respect for tradition, while still being completely original. It’s a collaboration, not just a meal. With menus designed to reflect the best of Mediterranean cuisine, Itai’s creations are tailored to each event, ensuring every gathering feels like a unique celebration.
